1. DO YOU OFFER COD SERVICES?

No, Cash On Delivery option is currently not available. You will be notified as soon as it is made available.

 

2. DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?                          

We do not take orders over the phone. Customers would have to place their orders directly on our website.

 

3. DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE THE ORDER?

Yes, you need to register yourself to shop on our app.

 

4. DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER INDIA?

Yes, we do deliver all over India. If while placing the order your delivery pin code is showing not serviceable then kindly contact us at 8376902095 or mail us @ tandrafashion@gmail.com and we will ship your order through India Post.

 

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET DELIVERED?

The delivery time varies from city to city. Once the order is placed we ship it out within 2-3 working days and it may take upto 7 working days for it to get delivered to you depending on your location.

 

6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order is placed on our app you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is shipped, you will get the tracking link in your email from where you can track your order on the courier partner's website. 7. I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER BUT WANT DELIVERY IN INDIA. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes. We can deliver your shipment to India. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. If the delivery address is of a Hotel, would recommend you to give us your local contact number which would be reachable at all times.

 

 

 

8. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?

It is possible to change the address or phone number before the order is shipped out. Once shipped, it is not possible to change the address or phone number. Pls call us at +91 8376902095 or email us at tandrafashion@gmail.com to inform us about such a situation. In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, we will be able to offer a partial refund after a deduction of Rs 99 for shipping.

 

 

9. I PLACED AN ORDER TWICE.

In case you have placed your order twice and would like to cancel one of the orders, do contact us immediately at tandrafashion@gmail.com . We will cancel one of your orders and refund the amount back to the payment method you used when placing your order.

 

10. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ORDER. HOW TO RETURN?

Return or Exchange facility is only available in case of Wrong or Damaged Product delivered. Mimlee offers a 7-day return policy to our customers. Please go through the pointers mentioned below:

·       You need to mail us at tandrafashion@gmail.com to put a return/exchange request for any item within 3 days from the date of delivery-

o  mentioning your order number;

o  attaching the box opening video;

o  attaching clear image/s of the item/s

o  attaching clear image/s of the shipping label (affixed on top of the parcel).

·       Your claim will be approved only after proper verification of your details by our support team.

·       We will arrange pick up within 24 hours of your claim acceptance. Please keep the parcel ready in its original packaging. The shipping label should be intact.

·       In case we can repair or exchange the item - we will ship it again to you and bear all the forward shipping charges.

·       In case we cannot repair or exchange, we will issue refund.

·       All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of either Coupons or Monetary Refund, which will be sent out to you via email within 48 hours of us receiving the returned product.

·       All return Coupon/Exchange/ Monetary Refund will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product.

·       All Coupon codes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on our website www.tfjfashion.com.

 

11. I AM MISSING AN ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event where you are missing an item from your order - please immediately drop us a mail at tandrafashion@gmail.com mentioning your order number; attaching the box opening video and clear image/s of the shipping label and our support team will get back to you asap to help you resolve the issue.

 

11. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISS THE DELIVERY?

Our delivery partner will keep you updated about the delivery timing over call and sms. Kindly coordinate with him. In case you still miss the delivery - We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day. So, in case you have missed the order delivery, please write to us at tandrafashion@gmail.com along with your order number and we shall take care of it.

 

12. WHAT PREPAID PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE?

For shopping with ease, our website offers you several payment options that are safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. We have various wallets to pay like Phonepe, Amazon Pay, Airtel Money, Ola money and have Net Banking facility as well. You can also use UPI gateway facility like Phonepe, Google Pay and Paytm to complete your transaction. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us!

 

13. HOW TO MAKE A BOX OPENING VIDEO?

·       Opening Video should show the complete parcel from all 4 sides with Original Packing in which you received the parcel, as it is.

·       It should be Complete, Uncut, Without a pause and show parcel opening from start till end of taking the product out from parcel.

Note: A Reseller will be blacklisted if a fake or repacked video is submitted. Make sure you inspect the video yourself before sending the email to us.
